DON’T
Worry about your body. We get this one a lot. Your practitioner is a professional who is there to help you, not to judge you. Whether you’re self-conscious about a chemo port, a limb difference, or your body type, our practitioners just want to help and be of service.
Worry if your home doesn’t look perfect—no one’s really does.
DO
Ensure your space meets the requirements so our practitioner can focus on giving you the best experience possible.
Consider showering or soaking in a bath before your service as a way to relax and prepare to receive the work ahead.

The same goes for pets—please have them in another area during your appointment.
