How to prepare for your service

General Guidelines

  • attire

    • Dress for comfort. If you are booked in-spa for multiple services in the same day, a robe, sandals, and totes for personal items are available for your use.

  • Packages

    • Appointments book fast, when booking packages, whenever possible, please allow at least 4 weeks for scheduling.

  • Booking & Cancellation Policies:

    • A credit card must be placed on your profile to hold your appointment regardless of how an appointment is booked (online, over the phone, in person).

    • For regular appointments: If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please observe our 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid being charged a 50% cancellation fee for your appointment. A cancellation or re-schedule with less than 24 hours notice constitutes a cancellation—no exceptions. If you are able to send someone in your place to receive the appointment, the charge to you is waived.

    • For packages and peak holidays (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc.): 48-hour cancellation is required for package appointments and peak times to avoid being charged for your appointment. Rescheduling or cancelling with less than 48 hours notice constitutes a cancellation and will result in a 50% charge of your total appointment value.

    • 24-48 hours Prior to your appointment you will be contacted via text, email, or phone for confirmation. If we are unable to confirm your appointment, the appointment will be canceled and available for booking. As long as we are able to leave a voicemail we WILL consider your appointment as confirmed.

  • Late Arrivals OR incomplete information:

    • In the instance of a late arrival, your appointment length will be adjusted out of respect for other clients scheduled after you. If you arrive 15 or more minutes late, you appointment is considered a no-show. If you provide incorrect or inadequate information prior to your appointment, a reduction in time or cancellation of a service does not relieve the responsibility of payment for your services.

  • Spa Atmosphere: 

    • Out of respect for the atmosphere, please silence all cell phones and electronic devices at all times while in the spa. Please refrain from taking/making phone calls in the spa.

  • Gratuities:

    • Gratuities are not included in your service and may be given at your discretion in appreciation for your service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service at any time before or during your appointment.
